Call to the AEPROMO's "General Ordinary Assembly
Pursuant to the adopted decision by the AEPROMO's Directive Board in it meeting held on 14 February 2009 (art. 17 of the statutes), a General Ordinary Assembly has been called on Friday 5 July 2009 at 19:00 hours en first call and at 19:30 in second call, at the Pontevedra (Galicia - Spain)'Palace Congress.

The ozone therapy has been regularized at the Comunidad (State) of Madrid (Spain)
The Regional Ministry of Health of Madrid, has given a great step forward in favour of the ozone therapy, spelling out the requirements that medical centres and health professionals must follow to practice the ozone therapy in the Comunidad (State).
Doing so the Regional
Ministry of Health of Madrid gave a written answer to the specific regularization
request put forward by AEPROMO in its 18 long pages document of 17 September
2008. In the document concrete suggestions on regularisation have been
indicated by AEPROMO, which were accepted by the Regional Ministry of

Congress of the FIOOT 2008
The International Federation of Oxygen Ozone Therapy (FIOOT) convened
its first congress "Unifying criteria" in Mexico City from
16 to Oct. 19, 2008. Over 200 doctors from different countries attended
it. Were present the Asociación Médica Argentina de Oxígeno Ozonoterapia,
the Centro de Investigaciones del Ozono de Cuba, the Asociación Española
de Profesionales Médicos en Ozonoterapia (AEPROMO), the Asociación
Mexicana de Medicina Bioxidativa, the Asociación Mexicana de Ozonoterapia,
the Rumanian Association of Ozone Therapy, the Russian Association of
Ozone Therapy and the Ukrainian Association of Ozone Therapy.
The congress of the FIOOT adopted a resolution of a major programmatic content that is the basis for all its members over the next two years, until he has its new congress in Havana (Cuba).
AEPROMO participated by presenting the paper " Ozone Therapy in the Face of the Legislation: Towards a Comprehensive Analysis of Comparative Law ". It was the first time that a research was conducted on the ozone within the legal structure of countries, while making at the same time a comparative assessment between among different legislations.
The paper was drafted and delivered by the President of AEPROMO Adriana Schwartz and its Legal Adviser Roberto Quintero Mariño.

Ozone for the first
time in the international Fair of Health (FISALUD) in
Madrid
AEPROMO active presence
with a stand at the V International Health Fair (FISALUD) in Madrid
let the ozone therapy to be better known for the first time by different
health professionals.
For the first time an ozone therapy association opened to the medical
society at large by publicizing the benefits of ozone and makes it next
to all the Spanish medical associations of prestige.
FISALUD is a fair where
the main agents related to the health world met: professionals of different
health sectors, public institutions, associations. Organisations and
business of different sort.
The V International Health
Fair (FISALUD) took place in IFEMA, Madrid from 26 to 29 November 2008.

Maresme Ozone Therapy
Conference
This conference, backed by AEPROMO, took
place on November 15, 2008, in Caldes d'Estrac in Catalonia (Spain).
It was organized by the Association of Businessmen and Professionals
(AEMPRO), the Cabinet Medical Maresme and with the collaboration of
the Caldes d'Estrac City Council.
AEPROMO was actively involved with the presentation of four lectures
given by an equal number of members of the association.
